As many of our items are made to order you should allow 28 days for delivery. However we aim to dispatch your goods sooner wherever possible. If an order is required urgently contact us and we will do our best to send it promptly.

Payment

We use a secure payment system to prevent your credit card details from misuse.

We accept payment for goods by:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Electron
• Solo
• American Express
• Cheque (order processed after clearance).

Postage and packing

A charge is added to orders for postage and packing.

For UK destinations, the standard postage and packing charges start at Ł3.00. Total UK delivery charges will be shown whenever items are added to the basket. For alternative delivery options ie: 'special delivery', please e'mail for quotation for specific items.

For delivery costs to other destinations please contact us for a quote.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us unused within 7 days for exchange or full refund, less the cost of postage. For return of defective goods we will pay carriage costs.

Please ensure that when returning goods, they are adequately packaged, as we cannot give refunds on goods damaged in transit. Refunds will be made on the original card used for the purchase.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order paid for by cheque a refund will be made within 10 working days. As payment by credit card is not debited until the order is dispatched a refund should not be necessary.
